PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated (e.g. preorder items). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Preorder Items: If your item is marked as preorder, please refer to the specific product page for estimated ship dates. We will keep you updated via email as your preorder moves through production.

SHIPPING OPTIONS 

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

International Shipping:

  • Rates and delivery times vary by destination

  • Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and correct.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

We cannot make changes to your shipping address or order details once your order is placed. If you made a mistake, please email us immediately at shopcaseymadeit@gmail.com and we’ll try to catch it in time!
